We’re excited to share some important news — we’ve officially launched Neuro-Sparks Support CIC, a new community interest company dedicated to supporting people in Burnley, East Lancashire and nationally who are currently under supported and underrepresented when it comes to neurodiversity awareness and support. Our vision is to make high-quality neurodiversity training and individual support accessible to those who need it most — particularly community groups, non-profit organisations, economically inactive individuals, and those who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access our services without funded support. Last week, I had the privilege of supporting a group of early-career managers at Silentnight in Barnoldswick — a brilliant session that demonstrated the appetite for inclusive leadership development and neurodiversity awareness in the workplace.
