The Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth Conference Room is an ideal space for a wide range of conferences and events. It's so good, we use it ourselves! The room is well lit with plenty of natural light and recently installed LED lighting, and in the colder part of the year the room is kept warm and comfortable with central heating throughout. Located in a quiet corner, you're sure to be able to hold conferences and events without disruption from other users in the centre.
The room can be laid out as you like - we're extremely flexible with the layouts we can offer. Inside the room you'll find a water cooler and large high-definition TV screen as part of the included features. With a kitchen facility close by you can easily cater for your conferences and events. We are able to provide light refreshments for a small, nominal surcharge.
Our reception team will sign in your visitors and guide them to the room so you don't have to worry about meeting and greeting upon arrival.
The CVS Centre is fully accessible with disabled access at the rear.
While we don't have onsite parking facilities, we do have access to the church car park directly opposite (small parking charge applies), and there is street parking around the centre, so your guests won't have very far to walk at all. The CVS Centre is situated close to all major transport links and stations, and is easily found.
Cost
1 Session (up to 3 hours) = £25 Full Day Session = £50
We can usually be flexible on session timings, subject to other bookings.
