Support To Achieve Your Employment Goals

Are you residing in the BB10, BB11, or BB12 areas? Are you economically inactive, not currently receiving benefits, or struggling to navigate the complexities of the benefits system? We're here to offer support tailored just for you.

Who We Help

Our project is designed for individuals who are economically inactive and fall into one of the following categories:
  • Not receiving benefits and currently unemployed
  • Receiving benefits but have been granted the work capability assessment, and no longer receiving support from the Jobcentre
  • Eligible for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), but not eligible for Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)

How We Can Help

We understand that navigating the benefits system can be daunting. That's why we offer assistance with:
  • Completing PIP forms and acting as an advocate during the process
  • Navigating the benefits system to ensure you receive the support you're entitled to
  • Providing support for any barriers you may face, offering a helping hand every step of the way
  • Assisting with general wellbeing, including support for mental health and emotional wellbeing

Our Services

Our project is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and offers a range of services, including:
  • 1-1 and group sessions focused on health and wellbeing
  • Training opportunities to enhance skills and employability
  • Signposting to additional training and support services
  • Volunteering opportunities to build experience and confidence

Our Partners

We collaborate with several organisations to provide comprehensive support. Our partners include:
  • Burnley College
  • Calico
  • New Era
  • CANW (Child Action Northwest)
  • Princes Trust
Each partner brings unique expertise to the table, ensuring that we can offer wrap-around support tailored to your needs.

Drop-in Sessions

Our employment support coordinators are out about in the community of Burnley delivering a range of targeted drop in sessions.

We have drop ins to support 16-25 year olds, the over 50s, the LGBT community, women, and a number of general employment support sessions for anyone to drop in.
