Large Meeting Room

The Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth Room is a large, versatile meeting space suitable for virtually every kind of meeting you could think of.

Located on the ground floor, this space is a large, but private, quiet and confidential room in The CVS Centre. The room has recently seen the lighting upgraded to LEDs to create a well-lit, comfortable space to be in.

It is particularly suited to large meetings with a capacity of up to a maximum of 50 persons (seated).

With a wide range of pre-set layouts to choose from, or even a bespoke layout of your own, we're sure to be able to make the room fit your needs for a productive, engaging meeting.

The room comes with access to free Wi-Fi and contains a 55" TV screen which can be used for presentations, digital displays, video content, and is compatible with HDMI and Bluetooth connectable laptops and tablets.

Kitchen facilities are just down the corridor meaning you can easily keep everyone refreshed, but BPRCVS can also arrange refreshments for you for a small surcharge.

Cost

1 Session (up to 3 hours) = £25
Full Day Session = £50

We can usually be flexible on session timings, subject to other bookings.
