The VCFSE Group Transport Service

If you are a community group, a charity, or club, we can offer you our accessible minibus with a fully trained volunteer driver to attend events ranging from lunch clubs to day trips out or trips organised by another charity.

The BPRCVS Minibus is available to groups and organisations based in Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale.
​Trips are not limited to within these areas allowing you to travel to further afield locations.

How To Book The BPRCVS Minibus

Journeys with the BPRCVS Minibus are available Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
To book our minibus please call the dispatch office on 01282 412096 or email minibus@bprcvs.co.uk 

​Phone lines are open between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. for bookings, however we do operate an answer machine service and encourage those calling outside of these hours to leave a message and the dispatch office will call back to discuss and arrange your journey.

How Much Do I Contribute?

CVS Members
£50 per half day
(8 a.m. - 12 noon/1 p.m. - 5 p.m.)
£100 per full day
(8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Non-CVS Members
£62 per half day
(8 a.m. - 12 noon/1 p.m. - 5 p.m.)
£124 per full day
(8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

We operate our minibus on a full cost recovery model. All rates and fuel are at cost.
Our Group Transport service is a non-profit scheme and our charges reflect that. We only ask for a contribution to cover our operating expenses making it even more affordable for you to use.

Can We Use Our Own Driver?

BPRCVS will permit groups and organisations to provide their own Midas-trained driver for journeys in our minibus, however terms and conditions of providing your own driver to operate the minibus apply. Contact the booking office to access the full terms and conditions of providing your own driver.
