Positions Available: 2 roles in Rossendale, 1 role in Burnley Hours: 20 hours per week, flexibly applied Salary: £14,639 (£27,082 pro rata) Contract Status: Subject to continuation of funding About the Role Are you passionate about empowering individuals and strengthening communities? We are looking for dedicated Community Connectors to join our team and support the Social Prescribing programme facilitated by BPRCVS.
