What Happens Next?
The referral will be allocated to a Social Prescribing Link Worker or Social Connector. We typically try to allocate referrals to a Link Worker/Social Connector within 48 hours of receipt. The Link Worker/Social Connector will then contact the client directly and discuss their needs and arrange any necessary support.
