Have your say on urgent care services across Lancashire and South Cumbria The Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board have a short survey for members of the public to take part in to help make sure urgent care services are fit for the future. Urgent care involves any non-life-threatening illness or injury needing urgent attention. You may access this care both in and out of a hospital for yourself and/or your family. It is different to emergency care which involves life-threatening illnesses or accidents which require immediate treatment from the ambulance service (via 999) and a hospital emergency department (often referred to as A&E).
For this survey, they would like to know your opinions about urgent care. You can take part in the survey at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/UrgentCarePublicSurvey/ and it will close on Sunday 10 November 2024.
