Support to establish a multicultural women's group

East Meets West, a thriving charity and women's group, based in Lancaster, is offering six months of support and mentoring to two groups in other districts in Lancashire who would like to establish a multicultural women's group which brings together women who have resettled with those from the existing local community.


They are also able to offer advice on applying for funding in order to ensure the sustainability of the project as well as advice around developing projects supporting those experiencing social isolation, including the model of their Across the Generations project which brings together older adults from local communities and women from families who have resettled in Lancaster and Morecambe.
