LCC Essential Household Goods Scheme consultation

​Lancashire County Council currently commission an Essential Household Goods Support Scheme. The scheme is being reviewed and LCC would welcome your feedback on the scheme, and also on how to best meet the needs of people in crisis across Lancashire. There is more information on how to get involved below. We would really value your input into the consultation.

Help us to recommission Lancashire County Council's Essential Household Goods Scheme  Help with essential household items - Lancashire County Council
by providing Essential Household Goods Support Scheme by providing your feedback and sharing your experiences.
You don't need to have referred into the current service to share your thoughts. We welcome all views on how to best meet the immediate needs of people in crisis across Lancashire, while also supporting them to thrive in the long-term.
How to Get Involved
 
•                   Complete our Online Survey
Share your thoughts through our online survey at : Supporting people in Crisis across Lancashire
This survey is open until 31st July 2025.
Please feel free to share this with your wider networks and colleagues, where appropriate.
 
•                   Attend a Focus Group:
Take part in a small discussion group, where you can share your views and ideas.
These will take place across early August.
You can let us know if you want to take part in one of these discussion groups when you complete the online survey.
