Inside Out Pendle
Monday 18th November 9:30am - 3pm Colne Municipal Hall, Albert Road, Colne, BB8 0AE When you hear the words 'Climate Change', what is the first thing you feel? Despair? Anger? Nothing at all? Where do you go from there? Where do we go from there as community? Climate-science meets neuro-science in this lively and thought-provoking, interactive climate lab event. Together we will learn and respond to what we're experiencing at this time of climate crisis. The topic is serious but the event will be fun - and loosely based on a popular film. We have space for 100 Pendle residents to share in a unique interactive experience to explore how global news is affecting us in Pendle. We will learn how the stories told by climate science have an everyday impact locally, and how the consequences of climate change affect many aspects of our lives that we may not have considered. How can we take care of our wellbeing in this dawning reality? How can we come together as communities to overcome inequality and in doing so, support those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change? There are only 100 places available. Book now to secure your place - this event will only happen once! Full details and (free) tickets Comments are closed.
