Volunteers’ Week is just around the corner, and it’s time to start planning! Whether you're hosting an event, giving a shout out to your amazing volunteers, or looking for new ways to get involved, we’ve got you covered.
  • Brand and logo packs with guidelines to ensure consistent use of the brand.
  • Decorative materials such as banners, bunting, selfie frame and photo props to enhance your events.
  • Editable thank-you cards and certificates to recognise and appreciate your volunteers' contributions.
  • Social media packs, including graphics and Canva templates, to help you create customised online content while staying on brand.
  • Colouring sheet (including a new design) and Crochet pattern - fun, interactive, and mindful activity resources for all ages.
In addition to these visual and branding resources, we also offer a range of top tips. These documents provide practical advice on event planning, media engagement, and outreach to local or national representatives.
You'll also find guidance on recruiting and engaging new volunteers, not just during Volunteers' Week, but throughout the year.
All resources are also available in Welsh and can be easily accessed online here.

The Padlet is open!
Padlet is a collaborative online pinboard where you can share and explore inspiring stories, photos, and messages of appreciation related to volunteering.
Whether you’re highlighting your own volunteering journey or thanking someone who’s made a difference, our Padlet is the perfect space to celebrate the incredible impact volunteers make every day.
We’d love for you to get involved. Share your experiences, upload your favourite moments, or post a heartfelt thank you. Add your stories, photos, and shout-outs to help us build a vibrant wall of gratitude and celebration.

Share your experiences

Volunteers’ Week is a great opportunity to celebrate your volunteers by giving them a platform to share their own experiences of volunteering and what they enjoy most about it.
This year, we’re encouraging organisations to invite volunteers to share short quotes, photos or reels on social media and tag us. You can also share them on the 2026 campaign Padlet. It’s a simple way to reach more people and inspire others to get involved in volunteering and Volunteers’ Week.
Content doesn’t need to be polished  a sentence, a photo or a short video is perfect. For anyone who’d like a little guidance, we’ve provided a Volunteer Story template on the website.
 Related Campaigns

Volunteers’ Week sits alongside a range of UK‑wide campaigns that celebrate community, participation and positive action. The campaigns below take place during the week and offer additional opportunities to reflect, get involved and recognise the many ways people contribute to their communities.

Power of Youth Day is a national awareness day led by the #iWill Movement, recognising the leadership, insight and impact of young people across the UK and invites organisations, decision-makers and communities to reflect on how young people are involved in shaping the world around them – and what it means to genuinely listen, share power and act on young people’s voices.
The Big DoFriday 5th - Monday 8th June
