Our next Cygnet Autism Training Course will be held in Clitheroe, starting in September. The course has been designed by Barnardo's in collaboration with carers. We ask that when you sign up you commit to attending on all six sessions. The course is a fantastic chance to meet other carers for someone with ASD, and share support and advice.

Our Curry and Quiz fundraiser was a huge success! We raised a fantastic £600 for our charity and we couldn't have done it without you. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and came along on the night to support us.

Guests on the evening enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal, a fantastic quiz from our quiz queen, Allyson, which included a fun picture round and guess the song section. The evening was finished off with entertainment from Hebden based singer, Terry, who sang a selection of soul classics, which filled the dance floor.

Congratulations to the winners of the quiz, and all those who entered the raffle. The winners of the quiz won vouchers to spend at our charity shops, and we had a huge selection of raffle prizes. Below are a selection of photos from the evening, with more photos available on our social media pages.

If you couldn't make it to our Curry and Quiz fundraising event, don't worry we'll have plenty of exciting upcoming fundraising events for you attend!
During the May Half term week our Young Carers Team organised a fantastic range of activities for young people, including a trip to Flower Bowl in Preston for a crazy golfing adventure day, and Space2Make in Accrington for a creative crafting session painting pottery.

The activities sessions are a way for young carers to have a break from their caring responsibilities, and meet other young carers in their local area.
