Looking to start a career in the sports, fitness, and leisure industry? Our Level 1 Sports, Fitness & Active Leisure course provides the perfect foundation to help you develop key skills and knowledge for customer-facing roles in this exciting sector.

Throughout the course, you’ll cover:
Working in Sport & Active Leisure – Understand the different roles within the industry and the skills required to succeed.
Working with Customers & Clients – Learn how to provide excellent customer service in sports and leisure settings, including communication, problem-solving, and professionalism.
This course is ideal for those aspiring to work in gyms, leisure centers, sports facilities, or customer service roles such as receptionists and front-of-house staff. It’s also a great first step for anyone considering a future career in the fitness industry.
FREE for anyone aged 19 years old and above, unemployed or earning below £25,000 per year and have been living in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
