Empower: Take Control Of Your Diabetes

Following the success of the two EMPOWER programmes held in Nelson and Blackburn, both delivered in Urdu, we are pleased to announce two additional online sessions in Urdu on February 12th and 13th. These sessions are open to everyone with T2.

We kindly request your assistance in promoting these sessions as widely as possible to ensure more community members can benefit.
