Archiving Role: Preserve Documents As Historical Record

Briercliffe Parish Council is seeking volunteers.

We are looking for those with an interest in history. We have lots (and we mean lots) of old documents that need scanning and uploading to our online storage system. This will be archive work; we need to preserve these documents as a historical record. It is part of the Parish Council’s mission to preserve and share the social history of our area. By digitising this history, we are preserving social history and making it accessible.
