Family Cook & Play Programme

A fun, friendly activity where families can cook, play and spend time together!
Aimed at children aged 5–10 and their families (siblings welcome too).

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Learn to cook easy, affordable meals
• Get recipes and ingredients to takeaway
• Take part in fun physical activities
• Socialise with other families
• Encourage your family to try healthy foods
• Runs once a week for 6 weeks
• Each session is split into 3 parts:
• Family Cooking Time
• Family Game Time
• Time To Eat!
