Mediation Skills workshop (Wed 4 Nov) - Postponed

​I'm writing about the Mediation Skills in Practice workshop with Smile Mediation, planned for this Wednesday 4th November, at the Talking Lounge Hub.  Sadly, not enough people have booked, so we've decided to postpone it.

I know how busy everyone is and genuine reasons people can't come.  For now, if this subject area does interest you, please let me know and I will come back with a new date.

I would also like to encourage everyone to make the most of upskilling opportunities like this one.  In the survey, many of you said that acting early matters - one member put it well: "Prevention and education is key." Practical skills for calming conflict and handling difficult conversations are exactly what helps us do that, both in our own organisations and in the communities we serve across Pendle.

Building these skills together also strengthens our ability to respond as a network when tensions rise.
