What's it like to come into this organisation?

Have a watch of this film, where we think out loud about how we came into the organisation, how the structure has supported our creative development, and where we reflect on the value of art in grounding and directing our values and visions for the future.

This film is part of Thinking Out Loud,  a reflective way to collectively explore and shape our ways of working.

We've created a series of films where we pool our collective thinking around our 'fluid structure'. Making the films is the start; sharing them with the staff, board and critical friends supports new decision making and exploration. 

We hope that the provocations and our shared experiences and perspectives offer insights into the challenges and joys of a long-term, emergent process. We don't have all the answers, and we don't think we're doing it 'right'.

​We're hoping instead to offer a sense of collective possibility (in all its multi-layered complexity).

We value connections with others who are interested in learning more.

​Developing local responses to the intersecting crises of climate, inequality and hate through a creative, community-led mass engagement programme.

 we still have a few spaces left for our next Climate Fresk session at Nelson Library on 23rd June 11-3pm as part of our Climate Lab Pendle programme, which you would be very welcome to attend.
Climate Fresk is a collaborative creative card game that brings people together in conversation around Climate Change, exploring both the most recent science and also emotions and collective solutions to the problem we are together facing.
