Ketamine awareness training covering effects, risks, bladder damage, synthetic opioid contamination, harm reduction and treatment options.
This interactive training is aimed at professionals working with individuals who use substances, including those in health, social care, criminal justice, housing, education, and community services. The session provides an overview of ketamine, including how it is used, common methods of administration, desired effects, risks, and long-term consequences. Participants will learn about emerging trends such as the use of "Calvin Klein" (ketamine and cocaine), contamination with synthetic opioids, and the increasing prevalence of ketamine-related bladder and kidney damage. Our mental health is important to us all at home and in the work place. We offer a range of course to help best support our family, children, friends, colleagues and those who we support or care for.

Taster Session: 7 Jul 26 Course Dates: 14 Jul 26 - 17 Aug 26 Ages: 16- 25 On our Explore programme, young people will take part in fun, challenging activities to help grow their confidence whilst taking steps to achieve their goals. They will gain key skills to support them in life and work, including teamwork, leadership and communication. We'll provide regular one-to-one support to help young people achieve a positive outcome. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can temporarily reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and could help save a life while waiting.
