Citizens Advice East Lancashire (CAEL) are offering a free, appointment-based service aiming to give digital support to anyone who may need it. It’s a digital world these days and too many people are disadvantaged as a result. So whether it’s managing online banking, checking your pension entitlement, submitting an important application or just snapping your friends and keeping in touch, come and see us—we’re open 3.00-5.00pm every Monday.
When you ring to make your appointment, tell us what you want to apply for. We can then advise what ID you’ll need to bring with you to make the application process as easy as possible.
