Nominations are now open! It's Neighbourhood Watch Week and it's also Volunteer Week and so we are delighted to announce the launch of our 2025 volunteer recognition awards and invite you to nominate your local Neighbourhood Watch volunteer. It is so important to us to celebrate the great, often unique, work that our volunteers do in their communities and to recognise individuals, whose work, goes above and beyond the usual expectations.   📣 Towneley Hall is preparing to re-open, and we’d like you to come and be part of it!! 📣
We’re looking for people who share our love of inspiring curiosity and learning, to join our fabulous team of volunteer Visitor Experience Guides.  We are hosting an information session about our volunteer tutoring opportunity on the 22nd April next Tuesday from 1-1:30pm.
Here is the eventbrite link. Community volunteers help us share important information to people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus, or support someone.
