They will gain key skills to support them in life and work, including teamwork, leadership and communication. We'll provide regular one-to-one support to help young people achieve a positive outcome. The programme is for learners aged 11 to 19 (or to 25 with EHCP) to develop their soft and employability skills through a portfolio-based qualifications complimenting the Gatsby Benchmarks and the Ofsted Judgement of Personal Development and Behaviour and Attitudes.
