The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service is a free, confidential employment support service for people aged 16+ with severe mental health conditions across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

We help people find and keep paid employment as part of their recovery, offering personalised support tailored to their preferences, goals and interests.

Our support includes:

• One-to-one guidance from Employment Specialists
• Help with CVs, applications and interview preparation
• Support to find suitable paid work
• Assistance to retain current employment
• Advice on managing mental health in the workplace
• Support with workplace adjustments and benefits
• Ongoing in-work support for 12-18 months or longer if needed
