Support today changes lives tomorrow. But too often we’re told to wait, or offered support that isn’t right for who we are and what we need. You can help us get people seen, really seen this World Mental Health Day, by supporting our See Me Now campaign. Remember your loved one Grief never leaves us. At certain times of the year, like around awareness days when everyone’s talking about mental health, we might find ourselves thinking more about people we’ve lost to poor mental health, and struggling to deal with their absence. Remembrance is a powerful tool. Consider a trip to our Everlasting Forest, a digital woodland of remembrance where people come together in grief to honour their loved ones. Visit the Everlasting Forest >> Support for bereavement >> What do you think about AI and mental health? Some of you have told us that you’re using AI tools for mental health support. We want to make sure you’re able to do that safely, which is why we’ve launched a new commission to explore how and whether AI should be used in mental health, and how to make it safe. If you’ve used AI in this way or have views on the topic, we'd love to hear from you. Your feedback could help shape future decisions and improve protections for people. Share your thoughts >> A massive thanks to all who took part in Crowns for Causes Together you raised an astonishing £1million+ for Mind! Thank you so much, every pound will go towards getting everyone the right support at the right time. And we have a special message for you from Olympian, Kelly Holmes. Having experienced poor mental health herself, Kelly knows first hand how important the right support is. Not done moving yet? Not to worry!
