Refer into us for free counselling and support.

​Please find below the referral form that should be used when sending people to The-Oasis C.I.C. in order for them to be eligible for our 30 free sessions of counselling, and 30 free sessions of support service. This form can be edited or printed off and filled in manually, whichever is easier for the user.

We will assess each client's requirements at the first session, but we anticipate allocating a block of 6 sessions per client in order for them to get maximum benefit from the service.
