Help Shape The ICB's Refreshed Organisational Strategy

We are following up on our recent invitation to help shape the refreshed ICB strategy, which is included below for reference. Thank you if you have already completed the survey or shared it with your communities and networks. Your support helps us to hear from a wide range of people across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

The refreshed strategy will be grounded in the four core purposes of an ICB:

• Improving outcomes in population health and healthcare
• Tackling inequalities in outcomes, experience and access to care
• Enhancing productivity and value for money
• Supporting broader social and economic development

We are particularly keen to hear from children and young people, people from marginalised communities, and others whose voices may be less often heard. If your organisation represents or works with any of these groups, please encourage them to complete the survey or share any relevant insights with us by emailing: [email protected].
 
To allow more time for people to respond, we have extended the deadline. The survey will now close at midnight on Sunday 8 November 2026.
 
We would be grateful for any further support in promoting the survey before the new deadline. If possible, we would also welcome a brief indication of where you have shared the invitation, to help us understand the audiences the survey may have reached.
