Please Register Your Service for the Lancashire Service Finder Directory

You may be aware of the new Lancashire Service Finder — a comprehensive online directory being developed by Lancashire County Council to help residents of all ages easily find and access local support services.

When the directory goes live in the coming months, it will become the primary platform used to signpost individuals, families and professionals to services across the county. To ensure your organisation is included, please take a moment to complete this registration form if you haven’t already done so.

If you are an LCC‑commissioned service, please indicate clearly within your service description whether you operate as a public‑facing service or a professional‑only service. This distinction is essential so that residents and practitioners can easily identify which services are accessible to them.

How to add your listing
 If you own or run multiple services, please register each one separately on the Lancashire Service Finder.

• Use the service’s own name, not your overarching business name or the owner’s name.
  Example: Sunny Days Rest Home (not BrightCare Group).
• If your organisation wants to show ownership, include this in 'description' or 'other comments/information' section.

At the bottom of the form you will be asked to select relevant categories and filters for your service. Please complete this section before submitting the form, as this will ensure your listing is displayed correctly and will make it easier for people to find your service. Please note that you will need to click the small arrow to expand the boxes.
Once your submission is received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified when your service has been added to the directory.
