Pelvic Floor Symptoms? Help & Support Is Available Hospitals across Lancashire and South Cumbria are offering support for anyone experiencing pelvic floor problems or concerns during pregnancy and up to 12 months after birth.
Symptoms can include: ▪️ Leaking urine when coughing, laughing or exercising ▪️ A constant urge to wee ▪️ Vaginal pain or changes ▪️ Heaviness in the vagina ▪️ Pain during sex ▪️ Difficulty controlling wind or bowels You don’t have to struggle in silence support is available through the Perinatal Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Service.
