Our New Strategy 2025-2030

We've just launched a new strategy that will underpin everything we do at The Trust over the next five years, guiding us in the decisions we make as we strive to build a future that works for young people. You can read it by downloading it, or a summary of it, here.

Everything about our new strategy has been designed to help young people build their confidence and skills and ultimately break the cycle of unemployment. With The Trust’s scale and heritage, and the support of brilliant partners like you, we are uniquely placed to help.

What’s next?

We’re excited to bring you our new strategy today, but the real work begins now, as colleagues across The Trust start to develop delivery plans and success measures in response to it.

Our partnership with you remains an important part of our journey towards realising the goals set out in our new strategy. Thank you for everything you do, we look forwards to continuing to work with you as we head into this exciting new phase.
