​Get Into Working in Schools and Colleges
Starts: Monday 13th October 2025. Mondays for 4 weeks. 9:30am to 12:00pm.
At: The Waterside Centre, St James Court West, Accrington, BB5 1NA,

This introductory course will develop learner’s knowledge and skills required to work with children in schools or colleges in a role such as Teaching Assistant. This is a knowledge-based, short qualification, so learners do not need to be working in a school or college, or undertake practical placements to achieve this qualification. It will help learners start on the right path and progress towards employment in their chosen area. Progression 'pathways' will be available to full Level 1, 2 and 3 courses.
