If you have any young person (aged 18-30) who is interested in kickstarting their career in the NHS, please read on….. Eligibility Criteria Age: 18-30 years with Right to Work in UK. ID checks - All candidates need an NHS ID check and must provide ID prior to 17th September. Ideally we would prefer to see their ID when we meet them at their initial appointment. The more ID they can bring the better, better to have too much than not enough. Photo ID – Either passport or driving licence (provisional is fine). For any non UK citizens a share code is also required. Birth Certificate – Full UK version with parents’ names Proof of address x2 – Must match the address on your Photo ID -Can be a Bank Statement – must be within last 3 months, a Utility bill, a Universal Credit statement (can be printed by JCP work coach) Role specifics: Patient Services Assistant’s (Blackburn & Burnley) - The requirements are: GCSE English and Maths, grade C or above or grade 4+ for this role. Health Care Assistants (Blackburn) – The substantive requirements are: Both full and part time, GCSE Maths & English, grade C or above or grade 4+ for this role. References - All candidates need to provide a 3 year history with a business email address, for any periods of unemployment they need to complete a personal statement. We can support with this.
