Rossendale Easter HAF Programme

Applications for the Rossendale Easter HAF programme will open on Friday 7th February 2025 and will close on Monday 17th February 2025.

 The link for the application will be available from this Friday via www.rltrust.co.uk/haf

As we have only received confirmation for the funding for the Easter programme, please be aware of the key points below:

• If you have delivered as part of the HaF programme within Rossendale before, sign up numbers, attendance numbers and actual cost per head for attended spaces will be taking into consideration when reviewing your application.
• Bookings will open on Friday 14th March, and close on Wednesday 26th March.
• All delivery partners will be expected to upload their sessions onto the Holiday Activities booking system (including the closing date of Wednesday 26th March).
• All delivery partners will be expected to complete registers of attendees for each day after the completion of the programme.
• All delivery partners will be expected to promote the programme through their own social media accounts.
• All delivery partners will be expected to contact non attendees and fill available spaces
• External delivery partners will only be permitted to deliver four of the eight dates available for the Easter programme, and ideally these four dates will all be on the same week
