Who Can Apply?

This funding is designed to support smaller, local groups making a big difference. To be eligible, your organisation must:
  • Be a constituted voluntary, community, or faith group, registered charity, or not-for-profit company (including CICs).
  • Have an annual turnover of under £150,000.
  • Hold appropriate governance, safeguarding policies, and procedures (BPRCVS can help with this if needed).
  • Have a bank account with at least two unrelated signatories.
If you’ve previously received Small Groups Funding, you’re welcome to reapply—provided your 2024–25 project was completed and monitoring submitted by 31st March 2025.

Please note: you cannot apply through both BPRCVS and Hyndburn & Ribble Valley CVS, and groups already funded by the Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) under another contract or SLA are not eligible.
