Step into...Children and Young People’s Residential Care Services

​Lancashire Adult Learning have partnered with Lancashire County Council to offer a 5-week programme in St Annes to develop applicants' knowledge of the sector, build confidence and prepare for interviews. 

Lancashire County Council are looking for people to join their residential services for children and young people as they expand throughout the county. Placement opportunities will be given to those who successfully complete the course plus an interview. No previous experience or qualifications needed, all applicants welcome!

This course will also be delivered in Accrington after Easter. Previous courses have already been successful in helping students gain placements, interviews and follow a pathway into a career in residential childcare.
