Inclusive recruitment practices trainingIn this new training course we will explore how the Equality Act 2010 applies to the recruitment process, alongside good practice measures that help to make recruitment inclusive. We cover:
  • the Equality Act 2010 in relation to recruitment
  • planning an inclusive approach
  • the benefits and risks of using technology and AI
  • attracting diverse candidates
  • making adjustments to support applicants
  • carrying out an inclusive process, from advertising to interviewing
This event is valuable for anyone involved in recruiting as well as HR professionals, team leaders and small business owners.
These events are run digitally and delegate places are £205 per person.

 Mock mediation
Mediation is the most common form of dispute resolution. When used properly, it can resolve conflict quickly and produce significant benefits for the business.

Our upcoming Mock mediation event will allow you to experience how mediation works and see the positive outcomes an effective mediation process can achieve. Acas trainers will role-play a mediation process, demonstrating the steps and pausing for discussion.
