Our Development Awards provide grants of up to £500 to help young people overcome financial barriers that are holding them back from training, employment, or education.
These awards can be life‑changing — and your referral could make all the difference.

💸 What can the grant help cover?
🎓 Accredited course fees (up to Level 3 / A‑Level equivalent)
🧰 Tools needed for work or training
👕 Uniforms or equipment for a job or qualification
🪪 ID documents & job‑related licence fees
🚌 Travel costs to a new job until their first payslip


✅ Who is eligible?
Young people must be:
🎯 Aged 16–30 and living in the UK
📚 Not in education or studying less than 14 hours a week (unless they are applying for a DA to sustain their education)
💼 Unemployed or working fewer than 16 hours per week
