Lancashire Changing Lives Fund

The Lancashire Changing Lives Fund, delivered through the Lancashire Health Visiting and School Nursing Service, is now live on the website and will also be shared across social media channels.

Charities and voluntary organisations can now access the Terms of Reference and application form, and begin applying for grants of up to £3,000 to support projects that improve the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families across Lancashire.

Applications are reviewed monthly, and applicants will receive a decision within one month of submission. All application forms must be submitted to the following email address for triage:

Organisations wishing to discuss a potential application or with any questions are encouraged to contact their local Community Engagement Lead:
