We are pleased to share our new Pathways to Work & Life , with our website page now live.

Pathways to Work & Life is aimed at unemployed and economically inactive adults aged 18+ who may have low confidence, low skills, or be experiencing barriers that are preventing them from moving into employment, learning, volunteering or greater participation within their communities.

Across five sessions, participants will explore:

• Essential Digital Skills
• Preparation for Employment
• CV writing and job applications
• Interview preparation and techniques
• Understanding workplace expectations
• Career planning and future opportunities
• Foundations for Learning and Life
• Building confidence and self-belief
• Developing resilience and wellbeing
• Teamwork and communication skills

At New Era, we believe everyone has strengths, talents and potential. Sometimes people just need the right support, opportunity and encouragement to help them recognise their abilities and take their next step.


Our first Pendle delivery will take place at:
