Following a review of the use of the fund, PBC and CVS have made the decision to reduce the evidence criteria for the crisis fund from 3 months bank statements to just 1 month bank statements. We recognise the fund is for a short-term crisis intervention, which is impacting a household now, hence why the approval and issuing of the funds is quick and effective in delivery. We also recognise how difficult it can be to access 3 months bank statements due to limited number of front facing banks now open on the high street. Please utilise this fund as you have already been doing so. Please ensure you use the link below as this is the newest link, and reflects the number of organisations that can now refer into the fund, including 'health professionals' I have attached the guidance again, which highlights that the forms can be completed and send directly for approval from CVS, however the link to refer into the social prescribing team is also in the guidance as we aim to support household holistically, and embed resilience, and so please do ensure this is something that is being presented as a option when supporting your clients with this funding application.
Please use this link to access the online form for the Crisis Fund: https://forms.office.com/e/K99QjQKtci Please continue to refer your clients but do also remember that I have booked a room at the town hall, on the 27th February until 1pm where a number of organisations have given their time to support submitting applications if needed. I will send a follow up email with more information about this for those that do not have it. Comments are closed.
