NAVCA AGM 2025

30/10/2025

We would like to formally invite you to the NAVCA AGM, which will be held on Thursday 13th November 2025, 10am-11am, online via Zoom. All NAVCA members are welcome to join us. To reserve your place, please sign up via the NAVCA website and add the event to your calendar.

The NAVCA AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the year and to influence NAVCA's strategic direction. You will have the opportunity to hear from the NAVCA board and to ask questions. This year, we have five trustee nominations and two spaces on the board, so voting will take place in the week leading up to the AGM. Full voting information will be sent to CEOs.

  • Annual Report and Accounts.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf. The completed proxy voting form should be submitted to [email protected] no later than 4 November. Should you wish a member of the NAVCA team to act as your proxy, please provide clear instructions on how you wish your vote to be cast when returning the form.

This year we have 2 Trustee vacancies and 5 nominations for election to the NAVCA Board. Please read the information about the nominees and their interests to inform voting.
As there are more nominees than places available on the Board, this election will be conducted separately from the meeting. Voting will take place via an online voting form, which will open one week prior to the meeting and close at the end of the AGM. Chief Executives of member organisations will receive information on how to cast a vote on behalf of their organisation in advance.

While all individuals are welcome to attend and observe the Annual General Meeting, please note that only one representative from each full member organisation present will be entitled to vote.

We are looking forward to seeing you there! Sign up via the NAVCA website.
