Free Making A Memory Box Class

​This session is designed to support people who have the early stages of dementia or the family, carers or friends of people with dementia.

It's open to anyone with dementia, their friends and families and  if anyone wants any more information or to book to attend they can contact Amy on 07486077088 or amy.whitham@bprcvs.co.uk.

​The session aids the attendees in building a memory box/bag which will hold and trigger-happy memories and support a wellbeing mindfulness.
