If so, you could support them and those they care for by referring them to us. Who is an unpaid carer? A carer is someone who cares for a family member, friend or neighbour who could not manage without their support. This may be for someone with a disability, substance misuse, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, mental health concerns, chronic illness, frailty. Who do we support?
