Share Your Experience of Hospital Discharge We're inviting patients and staff to take part in a new survey about hospital discharge from Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley and South Ribble Hospital. Whether you've recently been discharged from hospital or you've supported patients through the discharge process, we want to hear about your experiences. Your feedback will help us understand what's working well, identify examples of good practice, and highlight opportunities to improve discharge services for both patients and staff.  The survey explores different aspects of the discharge journey, including communication, support and overall thoughts on the process.
This project is in response to recent public feedback around the discharge process and the understanding of what Hospital discharge is and how this is communicated to patients, and the findings will be used to showcase good practice and to make recommendations to improve discharge experiences across our hospitals and communities. ⏰ The survey closes on Sunday, October 4th 2026 Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your feedback and help us to improve services for local communities.
