The BPRCVS Social Prescribing team produces regular case studies of the support they've delivered to clients. Each Social Prescribing Link Worker in Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale creates a new case study each month and you will find them published below. They all make for an interesting read and some really do tug at those heartstrings!

The case studies are genuine accounts of a client's issues, whether that be poor physical/mental health, social isolation, housing problems, debt, loneliness, and so much more. Each case study describes what was undertaken by the Link Worker to resolve the issue(s), or at the very least develop a means to tackle the(se) issue(s) over future weeks and months.

All of our case studies demonstrate the need for social prescribing and showcase the value and impact the programme has on the health and wellbeing of Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale residents.

As we are using real life, genuine stories of people in our communities we have anonymised all case studies to protect our clients' identities.
