Scan, fax and email services provided by BPRCVS

At BPRCVS we can help you with your communications. Not all groups have readily available access to email and less have access to a fax machine these days. If you have any documents that need to be sent via email or fax we can securely do this for you.

Please note that we cannot receive emails on your behalf. This service is intended to help those who need to send emails only. There is no limit to the number of emails we can send on your behalf.

Our fax service is set up to send and receive fax communications. Please telephone reception on 01282 433740 to get the fax number. You will need to contact us either before you ask for the fax to be sent through to BPRCVS or immediately after so that we know who the fax belongs to.

We also provide access to scanning facilities. We can either scan and email or scan and save. The scan and email service scans in your document and emails it to a designated email address. The scan and save service scans in your document and saves the file in a standard file format. For this service you will have to supply your own storage device.

  • Emails cost 25p per email
  • Outgoing faxes cost 50p for the 1st sheet and 20p per sheet thereafter
  • Incoming faxes cost 20p per sheet
  • Scan and email costs 50p plus 25p per additional email
  • Scan and save costs 50p
