About Lancashire Wellbeing Service

Lancashire Wellbeing Service is funded by Lancashire County Council and delivered by a consortium of three established charities: Age Concern Central Lancashire, Richmond Fellowship & n-compass.

We are a joined up service working alongside and in partnership with: Adult Social Care; Primary/Secondary Care; Social Care Intake Teams; GP Multi-disciplinary Teams; Integrated Early Action Teams; Emergency Services; Voluntary Sector; Local Councils; and Self-Referrals.

The service is delivered through a skilled and extensive workforce of paid and voluntary staff. We provide a targeted service helping adults with long term health conditions, low level emotional health, and lifestyle or social issues.
