At The CVS Centre we currently have two offices that are ready and available for new resident organisations to move into straightaway.

Located very close to Burnley town centre and close to all major transport links, The CVS Centre is the ideal place for East Lancashire based groups and organisations to run their operations from.

Join a wide range of other resident organisations and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Our staffed reception will handle all of your incoming enquiries, mail and appointments
  • As a tenant you will be entitled to 3 free 3 hour sessions each month in any of our rooms for hire at either The CVS Centre or Gannow Community Centre
  • Reduce your overheads as the heating and lighting is thrown in free of charge
  • We include our service charge as part of the rent
  • We have disabled access with disabled parking in our courtyard
  • There's a lift for first floor disabled access
  • Our in-house maintenance worker will hep with general upkeep
  • Have a company webpage on the BPRCVS website completely free of charge
  • Promote activities, events, projects and services through BPRCVS' marketing and media channels for no cost
